The Restaurant (2 Michelin stars, 19 GaultMillau points) by Chef Fine Dining Heiko Nieder, the restaurant Saltz with local influences (15 GaultMillau points), the Japanese restaurant MIKURIYA (17 GaultMillau points), the vegetarian and vegan garden restaurant blooms (16 GaultMillau points) and Firas El-Borji’s culinary journey through the Orient and the Canvas Bar & Lounge invite hotel guests and the public to be surprised by the wide, gastronomic offer.
The complementary shuttle service is available as an alternative to the Dolderbahn, which is part of the local public transport network. The shuttle service runs daily from the Dolder Grand to the «Stadthaus» – and back. With a bit of luck, you will have the opportunity to experience the short drive to the city centre in our old-timer Ford Transit Mascot. Similar models served to transport the guests of the Dolder Grand Hotel & Curhaus, as it was known then, more than a century ago. Otherwise, our Mercedes Sprinter is at your disposal at the following hours. The Dolder Grand can be also reached easily using public transport. Take one of the trams numbered 2, 8 to Römerhof and then take the rack-and-pinion railway to Dolderbahn Bergstation. The final station is right next to the Hotel.
Each of the Dolder Grand's four Top Suite is an expression of indivisual extravagance. The harmonious interior designs, one different from another, create an exclusive ambience in all four exquisite suites. Of the many illustrious guests who have graced the Dolder Grand with their presence, four have served as inspiration for the interior design, interpreted by London-based United Designers. The prices of the Top Suites range from CHF 5'500.00 to CHF 14,600.00 per night.
