Schlosshotel Berlin by Patrick Hellmann is the most authentic luxury hotel in Berlin. Built in the very early 20th century as a private distinguished residence, the hotel is exceptional in history, art craft, traditional and contemporary art.
In the 90s it was re-designed by Karl Lagerfeld and more recently, whilst still retaining the grandeur of the past, very contemporary features have been added. Today therefore the property is a blend of the richness from the turn of the century meeting the elegance of modern design.
Schlosshotel im Grunewald features 53 rooms and signature suites, an extensive private garden and a Spa area with an indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, two treatment rooms and a large exterior relax and sunbathing area. The hotel is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the quiet surroundings whilst still being a stone’s throw away from the city’s bustle.
Deluxe Room
The original standard rooms with an average floor area of 30 sqm or 323 sqf have been all individually decorated with attention to detail. The rooms have an entrance area, king or queen beds, and views to garden or surroundings. The bathrooms are decorated in a classic style with marble in warm terracotta and beige tones, under floor heating and feature Bulgari amenities.
Grand Deluxue Zimmer
The Grand Deluxe category has an average floor area of 40 sqm – 430 sqf. The rooms have an entrance area, king or queen beds, a reading area or a chaise longue and views to our garden or surroundings. The bathrooms are decorated in a classic style with marble in warm terracotta and beige tones, under floor heating and feature Bulgari amenities.
Executive Suite
The elegance of Executive Suites invites guests to embark on an exclusive experience. With 50 sqm – 538 sqf, they have an entrance area, sleeping room and a private living room especially suited for relaxing. The suites are equipped with king beds, MAC Computer, Tivoli Radio, views to our garden or the residential area.
Luxury Suite
The theme Suites with 70 sqm – 753 sqf are the ultimate expression of design and luxury. These two suites offer a very comfortable room layout of generous dimensions with an entrance area, sleeping room and a private living room. The suites are equipped with king beds, MAC Computer, Tivoli Radio, air conditioning, flat screen TV, free wireless internet, complimentary minibar and offer views to garden.
Library Suite
The Library Suite is one of our Signature Suites. A loft suite with 95 sqm - 1022 sqf, vaulted ceiling and classic decoration. It has an entrance area with a guest bathroom, an exquisite office decorated with cherry-wood furniture, its living room with French fireplace, piano and dinning area and a truly cosy bedroom.
Grunewald Suite
The Grunewald Suite, designed by Karl Lagerfeld, is a space covering 106 sqm – 1141 sqf with a living room, hall, a large bedroom and a romantic bathroom. The highlights of the suite are the impressive designer bed, the extravagant furniture and the spacious and romantic Art Deco bathroom with French handmade tiles and white marble floor. It also features a private balcony with views to garden.
Grand Kaiser Suite
The Grand Kaiser Suite is largest and most exquisite suite with 200 sqm – 2131 sqf. Leading off the dining room with capacity for 6 persons are the entrance to the library, the guest lavatory and the living room. The imposing private antique library is a jewel with its original frescos and furniture from 1914, as well as privileged views over the lobby. The extensive living room with modern furniture connects the dinning room with the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is decorated with antique furniture and rich fabrics in pastel tones that contrasts and complements the decoration of the second bedroom with white and purple tones.
