Phum Baitang Resort − or ‘the green village’ − is a 5-star luxury resort near Siem Reap in Cambodia. Set within 8 acres of lush gardens, lemon-grass meadows and rice paddies, this elegant retreat is a gateway to the Angkor World Heritage Site and numerous natural and cultural wonders.
Phum Baitang Resort is home to 45 private villas with a total capacity of 90 beds. 25 terrace villas with 80m² of living space including garden and terrace. 20 pool villas with 130m² of living space including garden, terrace and private plunge pool. All villas are equipped with a separate bathroom and toilet, a dresser, a 42 inch flat screen television with satellite channels and TV on demand, free WiFi, an integrated sound system with iPod station, a room safe, a mini bar, a telephone and tea/coffee maker.
Guests can sample a fusion of cultural cuisine, from the freshest seafood to the finest steaks, all the while delighting in Phum Baitang’s beautiful sunsets and starlit nights at their Hang Bay restaurants. Their Bay Phsar restaurant offers stunning views over surrounding rice paddies and gardens, Bay Phsar promises an array of vibrant Cambodian flavors created using local ingredients. Guests feel like at the local street market and pick their own fresh ingredients and spices with the help of our chef. The rice accompanying our cuisine comes straight from the surrounding paddies.
Their Cigar & Cocktail Lounge pays homage to Cambodia’s colonial history in a century-old Cambodian farmhouse. The traditional lounge boasts an extensive drinks menu with a wide variety of cocktails from the traditional to the innovative, a selection of fine wines, vintage liqueurs and premium cigars for smoking on the terrace.
Adjacent to our 50m outdoor infinity pool, the Pool Bar offers a stunning open-air setting with extensive views of the surrounding rice paddies and gardens. Guests can enjoy a light meal or quench their thirst with one of our refreshing homemade juices while soaking up the Cambodian sun.
