Here on the lush private island of Lâna'i awaits a wellness retreat unlike any other in the world. The first of its kind, Four Seasons Hotel Lâna'i at Ko'ele, A Sensei Retreat takes a modern approach to enable the most personalized experience imaginable. Your treatments will be provided in a private spa hale and private garden featuring a luxurious indoor soaking tub, steam room, sauna, outdoor garden shower and outdoor soaking spa. Healthy delicious meals are prepared with your preferences, every detail is designed just for you in order to make this a truly meaningful experience. Best of all, your journey takes place on the most exclusive island in Hawai'i, where you can visit local farms to discover culinary adventures, zipline 1,700 feet above sea level through a canopy of trees, meditate in a field of horses overlooking the forested highland hills, find your way through a garden maze or take a stroll through the world’s most spectacular outdoor sculpture garden.
The resort will feature ten Japanese inspired spa hales. Each offers a private oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation and features lounge, treatment tables, indoor and outdoor plunge pools. Walking paths guide guests around expansive outdoor ponds and water features as well as a new lagoon style pool. A new yoga and fitness studio will compliment the wellness offerings, The hotel will also be home to a new healthy Nobu concept in a conservatory style space overlooking the resorts water features.
The resorts 96 guestrooms and suites have been reimagined and offer a modern interpretation of the plantation motif from the original hotel. The accommodations reflect and embrace the Hawaii destination through the use of bleached koa wood and local art and furnishings throughout. Offering the latest in technology the rooms will also feature intuitive lighting, ipad, 70 inch flat screen tvs, five fixture baths with toto washlets.
The nearby Stables at Ko’ele have been expanded and now offer guests the opportunity to interact with a variety of animals including miniature ponies and goats. Guests can enjoy carriage rides as well as horseback riding along the ridgelines surrounding the ranch. A new walking path connects guests from the Four Seasons Hotel Ko’ele allowing guests to explore the grounds at their leisure. In partnership with Synergo, renowned designer and operator of Adventure Parks and Zip Line tours the Ko’ele area will offer a new zip line, zip coaster and ropes courses to create a new offering for visitors to Lanai, allowing guests to explore the outdoors through exhilarating adventures.
