The only full-service restaurant at Four Seasons Dallas at Las Colinas, Cafe on the Green, is hardly a cafe, but rather a swank, monochromatic venue serving all meals and offering a New American menu and views of the pool and villas. Both the decor and the cuisine show Asian influences, from the bamboo floors and floral arrangements to the lotus chips, wasabi, sesame, soba and tofu ingredients dressing the entrees. The fine menu is heightened by the elegant restaurant's formal dress code. Two exquisite private dining rooms lie on either side of the main room, and a third area offers an exhibition kitchen where cooking classes are held. Other casual options include Racquets, with light fare and views of the indoor tennis courts and open to all guests. A handsome pub-style bar that is perfect for relaxing with friends. Play billiards and shuffleboard, or watch sports on the big screen television above the marble-topped bar. 19 Bar opens to a patio overlooking the Resort pool and Cabana lounge.
The 431 guest rooms at Four Seasons Dallas at Las Colinas including 26 suites are located in either a tower or in the adjacent low-rise villas. Those in the tower have furnished balconies and offer views of the Tournament Players Club and the Las Colinas skyline. Rooms facing west have a view of the Cottonwood Valley Golf Course.
