After spending your first evening in Arusha, drive through the countryside to Gibb’s Farm, a historic working farm on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park. Split your time between the two lush parks and explore the wildlife scene before continuing onward.
The world-famous Serengeti is next, where a wealth of varied species roam en masse. Luxurious tented accommodations at Olakira Camp ensure that you are kept close to the majestic wildlife. Head out on game drives in open 4×4 vehicles to see wildebeest, elephant, giraffe, and a number of predators.
Next, visit Africa’s largest protected game reserve, the Selous. The Retreat Selous is tucked away in the northern reaches of the pristine reserve, and it is from here that you will experience excellent game viewing on drives and walks, as well as opportunities for fishing in the Great Ruaha River.
Conclude your journey soaking up the sun and the sand in the island paradise of Zanzibar. Explore the teal waters on snorkeling and diving excursions and relax in pure splendor for the remaining days of your incredible luxury safari.
