The Lotus restaurant is next to the poolside and serves Asian-infused Caribbean dishes such as the tea-smoked duck salad with tamarind soy sauce and noodles, created by Australian chef Amanda Gale. The Terrace restaurant specializes in Mediterranean cuisine and includes a healthy spa menu that was devised by a nutritionist for fashion designer Donna Karan.
There are 44 luxury rooms conveniently located in adjoining buildings with iPod docks and flat screen TVs. The private villas come with personal butlers and are located behind shrubbery for extra privacy on the beach.
The living area has a separate guest bath as well as a small kitchen that the butlers use to prepare snacks, coffee (including amazing espresso) and any other meal preference you may have.
