The Oberoi Group's hotel in Jaipur broke new ground when it opened in July, 1997, setting new standards for luxury leisure hotels. The Rajvilas provides a luxurious setting in which discerning travelers can enjoy 30 acres of orchards, gardens, decorative pools and fountains. The hotel is built with meticulous detail, re-creating a traditional Rajasthani Fort setting. A key feature of the landscape is a large lotus-filled water body in which floats an old temple on a center island.
