An exciting blend of Balinese and Caribbean architecture, each villa has hand woven palm thatched roofs, privacy walls enclosing lush gardens, an outdoor thatched roof dining pavillion overlooking a private waterfall pool and spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and St. Kitts.
The four bedroom villas have 2 equal Master Suites with hand built king beds and luxurious marble bathroom with outdoor bathtubs. The are 2 additional guest bedrooms w their own bathrooms and a powderroom.
Each villa has large, fully equipped state of the art kitchens, a dining room that seats 8-12 people and a luxurious living room. The villas are exquisitely furnished with authentic Balinese frnishings and antiques. The villas are fully airconditioned and have ceiling fans in every room. All villas have their own washers and dryers.
There is 24 hour security, 7 day a week maid service, a Villa Manager and a cook can be provided to shop and cook delicious meals in the villas. Televisons, DVD's, stereos and computer workstations are provided.
There is access to golf at the 18 hole championship course at the Four Seasons resort, which is 5 minutes away. All tennis and the use of the new spa.(Note: These facilities are closed to outside guests for the 2 week Christmas season.)
These villas are ideal for a family or groups of friends. The villas can also be rented together to accomodate parties as large as For large parties or weddings of up to 60 guests.
There is a 9% Govt room tax plus a $1,000 refundable security deposit per villa.
