Living Space
The main house features a warm and spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo system, and a dining room that seats up to 16.  There’s also a quiet studio space on the first floor with laptop computer, telephone, ISDN Internet connection and fax. Both bedrooms in the guesthouse both include a small sitting room and en suite bathroom.

Outdoors
A veranda overlooks the pool area and the Val d’Orcia. Pergola off the kitchen for outdoor dining. Large grounds with spectacular views and olive groves nearby. The pool (20’x40’) has a natural temperature of 86°F.
